The final examination in theory and practical are held twice in a year at the end of the session APRIL-MAY and NOVEMBER-DECEMBER. A candidate has declared successful on scoring minimum of 35% marks in each paper.
• Check and satisfy necessary information about course before admission and no responsibility of the KBVE after that.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded or changed under any rule.
• Every student abides to and obtains to present rule and regulations and directions of the KBVE and also those which are to be enforced time to time any change of the rules & regulation directions by the KBVE.
• The KBVE offer Self Job Oriented / Self Employment Courses / in private sector only and not give any guarantee for further educational use or any job. Advised to success candidate that try to best self job.
• If any document found mismatch while providing the admission and result should be canceled automatically and will inform to the students.
• If student fails to deposit the fees in the due time the admission should be canceled and any primary deposit fees should not be refunded and will inform to the students by the Study Centre.
KBVE will provide all the study material. The students may prepare themselves by using the given books. If any student / members / teachers / employees of a centre /institute have any dispute with the KBVE, it will be resolved through the committee appointed by KBVE; the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.
Anyone can apply for verification of original / photo copy of documents like Detail Marks Certificate / Certificate etc. issued by the Council.
Individual / companies / organizations / agencies who would like to verify the authenticity of the academic documents may have to follow this procedure:
Send a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- + Rs 100/- (postage charges) Total Rs. 1100/- (non-refundable) for each document drawn in favor of: KARNATAKA BASIC AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
Payable at HUBBALLI.
Additional Postal Charges Rs. 1000/- for verification outside of India
Normal period required for verification 30 days.
No Verification charges for Central / State Govt. departments and Embassy in India.

The Marks-sheet and TC shall be awarded by KBVE- Karnataka to the every successful declared student.
The medium of every course will be Kannada and English. The Student can give answer in Kannada or English. But it should be mentioned earlier in the admission form.
